Same-Day Refund/Exchange Process

  • Once verified by our support team, reverse pickup starts within 24 hours.
  • Courier collects within 1-2 days.
  • Refunds or exchanges are processed the same day after pickup.

Note: Couriers may refuse if tags are missing or items appear worn, washed, or soiled.

Prepaid: Full refund to the original payment.
COD: Refund to the bank account you provided.

Exchanges

Swap for another item. Pay the difference if the new item costs more; get a gift card refund if it costs less.
